Accepting is always your deliberate second tap, never something a notification does for you. • The dashboard and session list no longer flicker or reload while you are reading them. • Your online status is now honest: Online, Reconnecting, or Offline with the reason. It never flips silently in the background. • See when your customer is typing. • Leave one final note after a chat ends — for the thought you were halfway through when the session closed.
