People don’t show up on the background. It might work for some people but it never worked for us.

What device are you using? If you have an A12 device or newer it should work just fine. Happy to help you look into the issue.
Not able to Record Myself Without Another Person Doing this For Me
I was impressed with the virtual background but I was not able to reverse my camera and record myself directly. This feature appears to be missing. Is there anything I did wrong or will you include this feature in an updated version of this App? Thanks

The AI features we use only support the rear camera.

I could not get my kids to show up in the virtual set. This is broken. I want a refund.

I’m sorry to see you are having issues with my app. Please send a support email to me (website is in the app) I’ll do what I can to help. First thing to check, are you using one of the supported phones/iPads? It needs an iPhone XR or newer to work. If you see backgrounds and the camera moves but no people, that frequently means it’s an unsupported device unfortunately.

I have a video and there’s no way to get to it in order to add a new background! Help!!

You can load still images from your camera roll to use as an interactive background or you can film in greenscreen mode and use after effects to remove the green and put your video behind it.
