Way to make many people’s first foray into VR content making/viewing a no go with this dumpster fire of an app. It seems like it either works or doesn’t. There is no apparent rhyme or reason as to why

The worst thing ever
I tried to make a 360 video from this video and when I let it have permission for my Photos it did not work then I re-opened it and then when I opened it again when I pressed videos and photos guess what I did and it did not do anything what I said what I put I mean this is the worst app ever do not even get it don’t even think about getting it’s the worst worst worst worst thing ever don’t get it.

Limited Ratio
Only 2:1. Not 16:9. If you make 360 videos with ratio 16:9.Don’t. Only 2:1. Not 16:9. Don’t recommend.

I’ve always wanted this plus I kinda got glitched but it’s ok it fixed
White screen of panoramic death..
Once upon a time this was the go-to app for panoramic images. Not any more. When I attempt to load a 360 still image shot with one of my drones the app shows a white screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work right again. Problem is, sometime later the white screen problem returns.
Having to delete the app and reinstall it isn’t a long term option.
App support is non-existent. The page where one would enter priblems on the developer’s site no longer exists, apparently.
Anyway..

CRASHES
I downloaded the app thinking it would help me make a 360 video, but when I click on it, it’s just. WHITE it will not make my video 360 ITS WHITE so I deleted it
doesn’t work.
I’m trying to upload a video on youtube and the app doesn't make it VR anymore, Can you please fix this bug? (maybe try and make the app usable for newer devices??)

Crashes
The app worked fine for the free trial. Then, as soon as I registered and account, and went to upload footage so I could remove the watermark, it just stopped working. Now, it won’t allow me to edit video, and it crashes the instant I try to save a export a video.
Can’t even upload it to YouTube.
This is a crap hole. Fix the problem where it blocks the app.

Hello, I use this for YouTube and my videos. When I first came in this app, I didn’t know what to do. So I searched up how to use this app. I followed every directions in about 10 tutorials I have found. I get it now, but nothing seemed to work. After a while, I found one video about this app, and how to make a video on here and it made sense. I did everything and the problem is, it keeps saying I have no space. “Only photo with 2:1 is supported” and I have no idea what’s the problem. I tried everything and no matter what it keeps saying that. Please fix this issue, for some reason I’m one of the only people that has this problem! If it’s not much trouble, can you please look into that problem and see why some people are having that problem as well? If there is no problem, I might have been having a glitch of some sort then, or I’m doing this all wrong. Thank you for understanding, thank you for reading this. I really appreciate if!
