I am only rating a 5 to be seen. I put in for a cash out 10 days ago and have yet to receive it. It will not allow me to cancel it says it is under review and has been processed. I have reached out to support and in the beginning was answered but not given any info other then it’s on the way. It has been 10 days and support has stopped answering, don’t waste your time or money

I’m trying to redeem winnings and they said I would get a verification code and I never did. I put in another email address and still didn’t receive a code. Now I can’t reach support! 😡

Bonus Game Bug/fraud
I was playing the game, CoinNonet, for a while on $.50-$1 bets. I finally hit the bonus, and the game immediately shut down and gave me an error message. I tried many times to get back to the game to play the bonus, but now the error says “error-partner game URL is empty,” so there is no access to the game. It seems this casino took my money happily, but when the bonus hit, the game stopped working. I sent messages to customer service, but they never responded. Vegas Party Casino Slots owes me money!!! This is a very unethical way to control player’s wins!
