Veladon: Health Records

Your medical record. Yours. Veladon is your personal health record storage. Request your records from any provider, organize them in one app, and share them on your terms. Your health history lives in eight different places — every clinic, lab, and hospital behind its own portal, its own login, its own release form. Veladon brings it together. You generate the authorization; the provider sends the records to you; you keep them somewhere you actually look. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add a provider — add the clinic, hospital, lab, or specialist you've visited (you already know who holds your records). Enter their name and contact details, then pick what you want: everything on file, or a specific date range and record type. 2. Sign the release — Veladon generates a HIPAA-compliant authorization, pre-filled with your information. Sign it on the glass and set an expiration date. Void it any time before it's acted on. 3. Send it your way, then store — a signed release is yours to deliver: fax it from the app, save a PDF to print and mail or email, or hand it to your provider in person at your next visit — by you or your designated agent. Nothing is sent automatically. The provider returns the records wherever you directed; upload them to Veladon and keep your whole history in one place. WHAT VELADON DOES • Releases — generate a HIPAA-compliant authorization and sign it on the glass, then send it your way: fax it from the app, save a PDF to print and mail or email, or hand it over in person (you or your designated agent). You direct where your records go and how the release is delivered — nothing is automated. Revoke any release before it's acted on. • Apple Health — connect Apple Health to bring in the vitals and clinical data already on your iPhone: heart rate, sleep, activity, lab results, immunizations, medications, and more — alongside the records you request from providers. • Your record, organized — everything sorted by provider and date, with allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures, vital signs, and coverage rendered in plain English. • Documents — upload photos or scans of the paper records you already have. Tag them by type and provider. Encrypted at rest, retrievable in a tap. • Providers & insurance — every clinician you've seen and every plan that covers you, member IDs included, in one place instead of a stack of cards. • Designated Agents — delegate access to a family member or caregiver, per category and per permission. View only, or view and edit. Revoke instantly. BUILT TO A HIPAA-EQUIVALENT STANDARD Sensitive identifiers and health data are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Every connection to our servers uses TLS. Sessions are per-device, locked with Face ID / Touch ID, and revocable from any other device in seconds. We do not sell your health information. We do not serve targeted ads against it. We do not use your protected health information to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CARE Veladon does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
