Error para entrar

Buenas, en mi teléfono IPhone 12 Pro, cuando entro al servidor y quiero acceder a mi usuario automáticamente se cierra la aplicación, en otros teléfonos co iOS no tengo este problema, por si alguien sabe porque puede ser me sería de mucha ayuda, muchas gracias
