App is not functional
In summer, I downloaded this app to set it up so using a locker would be easy. From the beginning, I have been unable to even add a payment method. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app, everything updated, all the usual troubleshooting steps. I contacted customer service, who, to their credit, got back to me the next day. Unfortunately never heard back after the confirmation they received my screen recordings. The good news is that the app isn't a scam, it won't even let me provide my payment info!

Such potential
but the app is really bad. Don’t fool yourself thinking that it might be different with you. It takes forever to make the door open and even longer to open it to pick your bike back! Lots of issues with the connection, you WILL spend at least 10 minutes persisting until it works. Not being connected with digital wallets is inconvenient but not as bad as not knowing if you will have your bike back. On the bright side, the price is great to have your peace of mind and it’s such a good idea that I’d use it daily if it wasn’t for the failed connection issue.

Late for work
I was excited to use this app for free parking and safe but however when I got to it I didn’t realize it needed to generate a key. The app says it will only take 15-60 seconds. I waited 15 minutes and nothing happened. I was 30 mins late to work trying to figure it out until I finally gave up. Tried several times again to no avail. Shame. If this app was reliant I would rate it a 5 but right now I can’t even use it, what’s the point?

Really bad app, not working, dont use
This app is extremely bad. There’s no apple pay integration and everything is very slow. They require you to tap your phone on the locker to open it , but that doesnt work for me. I cant click anything or open any menus. The app is bugged.

Le signal est terrible. Ça nous a pris 1 heure à récupérer nos vélos et ce après avoir pris plus de 15 minutes à accéder à l’ouverture des casiers avant de les stationner. Première et dernière fois…

They changed everything (it was barely working before) now its nfs wich is worse, before it took 15-20seconds unlocking now it takes up to 5minutes, or around 45seconds esch time, subscription is less clear and I almost got charged 100$ during my subscription, I called them 6times in a month with eah time no replies, I had to wait for them to call for a problem they found on my account or whatever EVERY WEEK. Seriousle if your bike is under 1000$ dont even bother using these your bike lock will do a better job cuz one time it got cancelled and my 2500$ bike could be stolen on these « secure lockers »

One of the worst app I’ve ever used
It’s a really bad app. Almost nothing is working. Please do somerhing about it if you want people to use your service.
Horrible support if you get that
These guys are so unapologetic about the poor service and the help line is from the 1900s. They just pick the phone and place it aside so you can hear the office conversation. Incredible.
Impossible to reserve a bike locker
I tried to reserve a bike locker but the app doesn't offer me any location. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn't work.

Great when it works but frustrating when it doesn’t
I love using the secure bike lockers and have done so successfully for a couple of months; however, suddenly I was unable to unlock any of the 6 lockers 2 weeks ago. I reported the issue and got a reply quite quickly to say that it was being addressed. I was able to use the app successfully again about 3 times before I was unable to access a locker again last Friday. Very frustrating.
