Besides to pay a membership they offer you higher rates of hotels than other members ship but overall they trying hard to please but still they don’t have a good deals with the different places

Amazing service
I don’t usually leave reviews however I am so impressed with the service I had to. For years I have tried all the services out there and none of them have worked for me until I tried Velocity. It’s so easy to use, the team are smart, friendly and really know what they are doing. The main thing is they really care and their attention to detail is a breathe of fresh air!

Life saver
Velocity black has been a life savor when it comes to planning last minute travel, dinner reservations, and cool experiences for me and my husband. They have all my preferences saved and the membership has saved me so much time over the years. We just did a safari in Africa which was wonderful and now they are helping plan my nieces 30th birthday in Mykonos. Amazing response time and wonderful staff!

Great Concierge!
I am not one to write reviews on the App Store (this may be my first). I I have used other (some more expensive) services and they were all totally useless and made life more stressful. The Velocity team has been top notch so far. No concierge is going to be perfect, but they have been great and I have definitely recommended them to people. They are creative, and when they say they will do something, you can trust that they will (which is not the case with other services I’ve used). App is good and continues to improve. Simple, but does what it needs to.

10/10 never deleting this app. For a busy person like me, velocity black is essential in arranging my social calendar.
Complete waste of time and money
Have tried to use them twice the past year and they have dropped the ball now both times. I have had to follow up for weeks on reservation requests that they forgot about. Then by the time I get an update it is weeks later and normally too late. Have asked for a refund for the last year, and they are unwilling to do anything for their mishaps. Steer clear!

Sometimes useful, but usually not
VB app is like an interactive luxury magazine. It’s entertaining and useful for discovery and inspiration…but quite poor on execution for most complex tasks that require personalization and time-sensitivity.
Unlike other travel concierge services & agencies, they do virtually no personalization, don’t offer a dedicated account manager, and don’t intake upfront feedback about what you’re seeking (such as trip parameters & goals) for each request.
You get assigned a random agent each time for each new request, which results in 80% of their recommendations for shopping and travel missing the mark (not being relevant). Many times I felt the agent responded with generic and boring suggestions rather than tailored search results.
Of the 20% that was relevant, half the time there was a mistake (a recommended tour was not actually available) and the other half of the time either the itinerary was significantly price inflated (same exact luxury bookings could be made by other concierges at market rates) or confirmations and adjustments were not handled in a timely manner. We ultimately stopped doing any complex bookings with VB altogether due to poor reliability and low trust.
The only use cases the app has been consistently good for is when you have a very straightforward request that requires very little personalization and is hard to mess up, such as buying a specific item you already know you want or sending flowers to global recipients. For those types of simple actions, VB’s app can be a pleasure and ease to use.

The service has deteriorated over time. They are clearly understaffed and passing along the pain points to members. Expect longer wait times and generic responses.

Made my life so much easier!
Super convenient way to get anything done, especially with last minute gifts, travel and reservations. Really anything I need it’s so easy because instead of having to look up a number, be on hold, and all of that I just let them know with a quick message what I’m looking for and it’s taken care of. Would definitely recommend
