Velora helps me learn so much more

Velora is an awesome app! I use it for every Wednesday and Sunday service. It really helps me pay attention by reducing distractions — I love the live transcriptions to help me focus what’s being said since I process the best by reading. Having my pastor’s Scripture references come up in real time makes it nice and easy to follow along too. That just scratches the surface, Ask Velora helps you dig in even deeper and continue learning more and more throughout the week! I’d highly recommend Velora to anyone looking to gain more from sermons at church, TV, radio, or anywhere else!

Solves a lifetime of note taking challenges

After literally a lifetime of trying to take acceptable notes during church that I could use or refer to at a later date and also save in some sort of organized system, all my attempts had eventually failed or became too frustrating to follow through with long term. Finally, Velora has solved all of these challenges for me while as it still allows me to listen to my church service while still holding and even journaling in my actual Bible on my lap. The technology of Velora does not have to replace the authenticity of having an actual Bible with you during church; what I like to do is start the audible relay transcribing the message on my phone while it sits next to me. It’s comforting to know that it is catching every word preached as well as adding additional suggestions and references related to the message. It is also wonderful to have the beautifully transcribed message at the end of each service along with a summary and list the scriptures and references mentioned. For me, it means no more agonizing over taking accurate detailed notes and archiving sermons for future reference. I think the sky is the limit to the possibilities that Velora will allow for each individual’s needs. For me, this app is a game changer!

Truly one of a kind

Excellent tool

This is an excellent tool for transcribing sermons in REAL TIME. Not only does the app transcribe the speaker’s voice, it ACTUALLY OPENS the verse that the speaker either quotes or simply refers to. You also get to choose from multiple Bible versions. This is a must-have for anyone who wants toto stay fully engaged during the service, while still capturing notes and live transcription. The app even provides follow up reminders to help you meditate on the Word throughout the week. Highly recommend for iPhone & iPad. Also available on Google Play.
