SOLVED ALL MY ISSUES

I just purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 4. I’m coming from a Garmin and I use Zwift and Strava. I have an edge 830 and I had a Garmin fenix 6. I’ve been searching for ways that I could do an indoor ride and get all my data into Apple health. The amount of convoluted ways I tried to do this so there wasn’t duplications was making my brain hurt. Until a few minutes ago, I was riding Zwift and starting my Apple Watch workout, using Ant+ to control my device devices while using Bluetooth to connect those devices up to my Apple Watch. This was so I could get all my metrics from the watch into Apple health, and then I had it set up on Strava to export only distance into Apple health. Honest it was a nightmare workflow.
