Great tool for our bar
We have used this for a few months now and really love the city wide ban list. We will mark down whenever a guest doesn’t pay a tab and if they go to another venue that uses the app they will get flagged. We have actually had guests come back and pay their tab because of it!

The app is very useful for quickly figuring out who is of legal drinking age, as well as people “passing” ID’s, and weeding out patrons who have been banned for bad behavior in other establishments using the same system. It does fall short when identifying ID’s from the UK and will glitch and get stuck on the “passport” screen, but preforming a hard reset usually does the trick. Users must realize this is just a tool to streamline the process of age verification and not a substitute for common sense methods and f verification.

Solid bar scanner
We use this for our bar, and it has been very helpful. It’s been a huge help with keeping guests accountable for their actions with a city wide ban list and we have even had some come back and apologize for their actions. If you are looking to catch fake ids, use this with a blue light.
Does not work
We tried over fake ID which we caught in past and it shows female 24 yr old. It does not check the ID is fake or not.. not worth it risking

Really bad at detecting fakes
We tried all the fake ids we’ve confiscated over the past year and this app only identified 5 out of the 54 fakes we tested. There are better and more accurate solutions available.

Cannot detect fake ID’s
After downloading the app I scanned both valid and verified fake ID’s - this app could not tell the difference.
Doesn’t work
Scanned the fake ID’s at the bar I work at and all of them came up as over 21! This app is not accurate at all
