Worst app till now I was hungry as hell and thought to eat something then installed the Vendekin app inside the app it’s shows 24 products and the the machine it’s more than 60 products you guys don’t even do refreshed properly .Please do some changes if you guys have create something then do in a better way .

What am I paying for???
I selected two products. While I got one product, the second product was not received. Payment was successful but what am I paying for when I didn't even get my product????

Worst service
I purchased few products, my payment was successful but the app didn't progress, and I never received my products. When logged a complaint they didn't even respond to it as if saying get lost. I hope they will look into such behaviour of neglecting their costumers or else maybe in the future their business might not run(not a threat but when customers won't get what they need with them being neglected by the helpline team. They will stop using it and maybe the companies might ban the vendors because of it, resulting in the brand's downfall)

Great, portable cupboard with features
It’s an amazing cupboard with refrigeration features. Say you have a bunch of eatables to showcase, look no further — this product is the best. Every once in a while, someone comes to replenish the stock, but I wonder why they do it when nobody can take things out. The number pad and the QR make it seem like a tech product, but don’t let it fool you.

Not working with iphone
This app does not work at all with iPhone

Useless app
Such an useless app. Never responds and most of time it says machine down pls try after sometime. No option for multiple orders at a time. Recently I placed an order for which payment was made but while dispensing the product it failed. No option to contact customer support. While going to the support page the app shuts down itself automatically. Why developing such a garbage???

Never seen a concept like this before!!! Loved it… if theres any proof that our country is progressing its this thing right here..lol. During this lockdown it would make this so much more easier because id like to minimise human contact as much as possible… keep up the good work
A must have
A stable app for vending, used this in my office and now also in my society.

Payment option not being saved
I have a sodexo card and everytime I want to buy something, I have to entry all my card details.

Not connecting
It takes lot of time to buy a product through this app.
Moreover you can buy only “Single” at one time. There should be options that we can buy multiple things at one go.

Absolute garbage of an app
First, it wasn’t sending the otp for login, then when after 2 weeks it did and i tried again, it refuses to connect to the machine via bluetooth.
Oh and the machine refuses half the notes and accepts nothing over 20 and if you enter notes which don’t exactly count to the product’s price, it doesn’t return the change back. And sometimes just takes money and doesn’t vend anything and keeps the money too.
In short, the whole thing is a crawling-with-maggots garbage.

Poor App
This is the worst app that I have downloaded till date.
Shows wrong products.
No confirmation once the amount is deducted ,the product is also not delivered from machine after successful payment.
No support in app to inform the problems.
No option to view order history.

Poor app and customer support
App contains wrong product information where high value product is shown and half value product is served. When asked for refund it takes them ages to even respond about status.
Recommendation - better to pay cash at a store than use these pathetic vending machines.
