Vendex was created for CFO's, Purchasing Departments, IT Directors, CIO's and other IT Professionals. Users can import all of their existing contracts, licenses, and renewals into a friendly CSV import. Once imported Vendex allows the user to see an overview of all contract data, financial analysis, Insights and the ability to view and edit contracts by contract number, serial number, location and department. Additionally the app has an AI component that allows the IT Professional to get recommended part numbers by providing a description of the desired product. The AI tool offers 5 manufacturer alternatives and allows the user to request BOM's from their existing Reseller Partners. This app was designed and built by IT industry professionals.
