Difficult
I thought it was me and that that I just struggled with figuring out how to use it. But time after time of trying I finally switched to a different app and it’s been great. It made me realize how difficult this one is to use. I came on to cancel my subscription and can’t even find that option. Going to the Help option it says to click on the widget for help with cancellation. There is no widget. says to click on the cancel button under subscriptions. There is no cancel button. Feels very dishonest I would look into other similar apps as they may be more helpful.

Always lagging everyday is new issue
I'm so sick of this app everyday with new issue. Why tf did it stop detecting size? Like the items would say SMALL MEDIUM or LARGE like written out. And their AI CAN'T detect that..? like it's spelled out.. It was giving me hella issues not delisting my items and now this. Get yo $h!t together vendoo. get a new team.

Very disappointed
So recently, I started reselling online again. Once my business started expanding, I started looking at different cross-selling platforms, starting with a free trials and kind of deciding where I wanted to go from there. I went back to Vendoo where I was playing around with the site after my free trial. Not sure what happened next, but either myself or one of my kids bought another subscription of Vendoo. After realizing this, I reached out to the support team. They were really nice, but explained that they couldn’t do anything because this doesn’t fall under their refunding guidelines. This scares me because that means any accidental purchase in the future wouldn’t be able to be refunded. Sometimes it’s so easy for that to happen and it wasn’t like I was trying to rip anybody off. It was literally 10 minutes after I purchased it accidentally. I find this happens a lot when you have kids who are constantly getting into things. Just to give a little background i have a six-year-old, a three-year-old, and a one and a half year-old who are all really smart. After this experience, I don’t think I will be using Vendoo ever again.Before today, they were definitely in my top three cross listing platforms that I was trying decide between.
After writing this review, I decided to go look through the other reviews because I only briefly scanned them before it looks like a lot of people have this issue. As a reputable online company with an app you should always accept returns in cases where an accident happens.

Not modern!
It only lets you post on eBay and another Site from your phone , everything else has to be done from a desktop. SO IF YOU ARE COUNTING ON PRODUCTIVITY- this is not it, I really wanted this to be helpful. Not everyone has a desktop or access to one-will check back in about a year and see if they’ve caught up yet

Do not use
The cross platform did not work because you cannot connect any account. After creating accounts for depop, mecardi, Etsy, poshmark, and whatnot all so I can connect it to my eBay the only one that connected was postmark. I 100% do not recommend you waste your time with this application
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP
Vendoo is constantly falling to delist my items, update quantity amount leading to selling out of stock items, among other issues.
So buggy
This app makes me SO frustrated, not just the app but Vendoo overall. Sales detection won’t work, but then when you mark at item as sold it makes you login in to all of your selling accounts to delist unless you pay more. How is that logical? When I try to reach out to support on chat my app freezes. I’m already paying and the app doesn’t ever deliver what it promises.

DO NOT USE W DEPOP
i tried this service out. where depop is my main platform. and it never syncs correctly. it has trouble connecting in general. hated my experience.

I wish I’ve done my research earlier and checked all the horrible reviews. I’ve been having issues with this for the longest time, but was strung along. They say they are working on it and fixing it to all issues you report. Nothing has ever been fixed and it just doesn’t work. Mercari sales detection still doesn’t work. The import tool is horrible for crosslisting. The Poshmark delist / relist is hopeless and has cost me so many returns. I don’t think they are set up or have the talent to offer software that does what they say it will when the platforms are rapidly changing. I would like a refund. I think there should be a class action lawsuit for false advertisement. This never saved me any time or money.

I subscribed to Vendoo specifically because I needed a way to merge and manage existing listings across multiple marketplaces. Unfortunately, I discovered after paying that the Import & Merge feature is not available to all users and is still being rolled out in beta. This was not clearly disclosed before purchase.
Without access to this feature, the process of merging existing listings is incredibly time-consuming. Instead of automatically matching listings across marketplaces, I would have to manually copy and paste links from each marketplace into every individual listing. For sellers with a large inventory, this could take weeks of work.
Had I known this key feature was not available to all subscribers, I would not have signed up. The platform may work well for some users, but the lack of transparency regarding feature availability was extremely disappointing and made the service far less useful than advertised.

Absolute trash. Cannot do half of things it claims to be able to do. The app is cumbersome and depop rarely responds when trying to cross list from ebay. Terrible financial decision. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Really buggy and needs some work
I am not finding this as a best friend for resale for a few reasons. First, it seems to consistently have a broken mobile UI that won’t connect with depop ans sometimes bump me off eBay so if I sell something, it won’t delist on that app. Next, it’s nearly impossible to log into with the phone. Also doesn’t update any edits to the price after posting on the site. Inconsistent experience on mobile and needs a lot of work

No idea how this has such a high rating. Clunky to use and impossible to cross list. Shipping limits won’t let me post from Poshmark to FB marketplace not Depop. Useless.
