Pathetic
Trying to sign in is very frustrating. Why do you have Face ID if you still have to put in your password every time? What’s the point? Updates? Three attempts to sign in with the same password it finally took it. Then asked me to update. I follow the prompts, update the app and now I’m stuck in a circle: update-to-open, update-to-open, repeat…. Now do I just have to wait until the next Update comes? Or do I delete the app and reload it?

Constant glitches, constant updates with no changes, poor customer service, this company runs off of incompetence.

Terrible app. Always crashes. Not very easy or friendly to use.
Costs Time
This app literally uses so much extra time because of bugs and not being able to log in easily. You can literally log in with Face ID one minute, and then the next, it doesn’t remember you. It will scan your face and nothing happens. So, you have to restart the app sometimes and then log in with PW. How many PWs do we have to remember!? Lost track.. with that, I have to jump over to another app to lookup my PW then go back and login. A user could do this multiple times in one morning. Why!? This app is fairly easy to use once there, but the road there is really annoying. I know you all can do better.. most other credentialing apps have.

Horrible.
I should sue them for the amount I’ve times I’ve potentially lost business because their app glitches and I cannot get in. Then request a password reset, and it won’t work. Then I call and they try to send me a rest, and it won’t work. Currently sitting outside a hospital, which I drove an hour to, waiting on someone to call me back. This doesn’t happen with any of my other credentialing services.

Terrible app
The same issue everybody else is complaining about. 1 star is very generous at this rate. We as vendors pay crazy amounts of money for this required credentialing company for it to rarely work. Then to top it off, the hospitals don’t even maintain their in-house systems. Printers are constantly out of paper to print the visitor badge.
Don’t get me started on the non-functioning Electronic badge that hasn’t paired since day1.

Worst app
This app crashes more than any app I have ever used in my life. Anytime you need access and are in a hurry you might as well just pull out your laptop.

The UI is horrible and on top of that the up to date app wont even let you access it, just keeps you in an infinite loop of open apple store to update, apple store shows an updated app that send you back to that same page in the app

Multiple times, I have encountered an error screen telling me this version of the app is no longer supported and I need to update the app (which is already set to auto-update), and when I double check the App Store, I confirm I’m on the latest release. So as much as we despise this trash heap of a business, even their own technology revolts against itself. Poetic justice, albeit at our expense, but you have to really appreciate the internal mutiny. GHX team, sorry you failed as med reps, but no need to take your beta male angst out on the alphas.
