Multiple times, I have encountered an error screen telling me this version of the app is no longer supported and I need to update the app (which is already set to auto-update), and when I double check the App Store, I confirm I’m on the latest release. So as much as we despise this trash heap of a business, even their own technology revolts against itself. Poetic justice, albeit at our expense, but you have to really appreciate the internal mutiny. GHX team, sorry you failed as med reps, but no need to take your beta male angst out on the alphas.

No sane person would use this app without being forced via the racketeering style extortion scam set up by GHX and medical facilities. Functions poorly to start with and has caused a huge cascade of issues since bringing Repscrubs into the racketeering scheme. Today is especially bad since the app won’t work without an update these buffoons have failed to provide.

This is a money laundering scheme. Another day and the app doesn’t work…again. I click on the app and it says the version is no longer valid and needs to be updated. I go to the App Store and there are no updates. It says I have the latest version installed. So basically the app is useless. Been like this for 5 days. But they don’t care as long as we pay our blood money.

This app is one of the slowest apps I have ever used. Click on the app and wait 10 minutes to get an error message that it took too long to load my profile. It is bad enough that I start the app. Wait about 30 seconds. Close the app (swiping up) and then start the app again. It isn’t cell signal or wifi. Or my iPhone 17 pro

Yep, pay your $305 for what you think is an annual registration, only to realize that you have to cough up another $150 or more to take the required courses; courses that, if you’re a medical rep, you have taken numerous times before, but are required to take again, and of course to pay for them again.
In addition, the registration process requires you to agree to mandatory annual auto-renewal on your credit card, and you cannot cancel the account if you no longer work for the company at which you initially signed up for the registration (since you no longer have access to that company email address)! Again, an absolutely total scam, and by design!
Hard to believe this is even legal…

Awful App
I have to delete and re-install this app each time I need to sign in. Otherwise the app is stuck on “Please wait while we load your profile.” Sometimes I have to repeat this process until it I get past that loading screen.

Sad existence
This app is a time and money suck, they sell themselves to the healthcare system as this all in one credential system to make sure all shots and vaccines are up to date. They hound the customers who pay them to do better. What a backward concept. They have a sad existence and I hope are completely wiped out by Ai soon. If you really wanted to make this app run well on your phone, you should just delete it. I’ve worked with it for 11 years and it has been the worst part of my day for that time…

I don’t know if there is a point to writing a review, because we are all forced to use this app. I purchased HIPAA and Bloodborne Trainings and the courses repeatedly crashed or made me restart modules I had already finished. I purchased the trainings from Symplr after 2 weeks of no resolution and GHX will not refund me for the trainings. Customer service is terrible as well
