Application crashes on opening the list of orders. Most of the reverse of the amount does not occur when it fails to vend the order

Once ur order is not vended by the stackd machine ur money time energy is all lost coz no matter how many emails calls u make they will not follow up, no refunds no calls made to u so BEWARE
Horrible app you get no refund for non vended item
Horrible app, you pay for an item and it does not even vend further you don’t even get a refund for the non vended item absolutely horrible
Lucky Draw to Connect
The app does connect to a machine only on multiple attempts. Takes at least 10 tries and many a times have failed. Absolute waste of time and energy and fails to serve the purpose when in dire need of a drink.

I dont why it is not connecting with my phone . Even though my bluetooth was connected to the application but application is not showing. Need alot of improvement

Improve your customer support in app
If your product delivers well and good, but due to some reasons if your product didn’t vend and payment went through it’s hard to get back your refund. The in-app support make no sense, the tickets opened there won’t get any resolution even after months. You have to follow up on mail and that takes days as well.

The app does not work
Even when standing next to the vending machine, the app does not recognise it most of the times and would not connect to it even if it recognises. This happens around 90% of the time
App takes money but will not vend
If you are a Corporate with these machines as I use, discourage and remove all machines. These machines will take money - but will not bend the product selected. The sprint in the machine does not even move

No refund received
I buyed from vending machine using upi but no items came out , and its been 4 days and there is still no sign of refund even though i gave transaction id and everything else. Please help.
Not working
App takes lot of time to show something and finally once detect the vending machine near by but swipe up to connect doesn’t work at all. I think it’s waste of time in iPhone. I’m using latest version of app in my iPhone.
Worst app
No use of this app as it doesn’t show ant Vendour machine even the mobile is only in front of the machine. It always says no machine found near yo you. Please have a look on this issue. I am using the latest app.
