A kiosk would be fine
It’s wild that instead of a self service anonymous kiosk at the vending machine, or a website, you require installing an app, creating an account, verifying a phone, turning on notifications, and sharing location, to purchase from a vending machine. That’s not the future. Reduce friction and it might be more than a novelty

Convenient
After creating an account it was very easy to use. Prices are low compared to other stores. Once added to cart clicked order and my order was dispensed.
Missteps galore
Good concept but you can’t add things to cart or make purchases without an account? Come on. I’ve already downloaded your app. It’s silly enough that their service requires an app, now I can’t make a purchase as a guest despite it saying “logged in as guest”? Plenty of ways to improve and fix this but currently this feels like a team of hardware engineers threw together an app with Ai doing most of the work. Lacks a human touch that would know what work.
