Sound didn’t play. I paid $2 for it to simply identify numbers on a map

They advertise this app at the top of the tower. NONE of the audio worked!!! 😡

Tells you there are ‘islands’ and ‘columns’, with no historical facts of interest to go with the landmarks - don’t waste your money
Works perfectly, worth the money.
$2 seems pretty reasonable for an audio guide.
I downloaded from the top and it worked perfectly for listening to every single point of contact.
The descriptions are brief but informative. Let’s you know what you’re looking at and provides some very brief historical context without being overwhelming.
I’d recommend it if you’re up there and curious what you’re looking at.

Stay far away!
One star because it deserves only one for existing. App way overcharged my credit card AND didn’t work. Do not download or pay money for this piece of $@&-!
What a waste of money
Totally unusable whilst at the Campanile. Complete and utter waste of money and data.

I have downloaded and paid for this app but it has no sound so is useless to me I’ve basically paid to look at pictures of attractions that I can see in real

Camera crashed app whenever I tried to use it and no audio so couldn’t hear any of the guide.
Great tour from the bell tower
If you are headed to Venice, do download the app if you plan on going to the top of the Campanile. All of the information you need without having to wait for (and pay for) the audio guide.

We saw the advertisement whilst in queue for panorama lift. It did not download in time and no signal at top - waste of money

It provides good little blurbs of history however when trying to use the camera it crashes
