Correct Pin Freezes Login
Unfortunately as an employee, we don’t get to pick what management implements.
I know I’m entering the correct login pin on the app and it freezes the login and goes nowhere. Then I have to use the desktop site only.

I had this app for over a year. Never let me sign in. I always had to revert back to using the desktop version. I would always receive the messages saying use PRISMONE ID. Which I created. After entering the username and password. It would say it’s incorrect. I tried with a different password after resetting. Same issue. If you’re going to have an app. Make sure it recognizes the password and username for the account it was made for. Don’t have us using an old account to create a new account and it isn’t compatible with each other. Useless app. Just get rid of it and stick to the desktop version.

I honestly love it. It shows my exact hours and then my paycheck and then it explains the tips and everything.
Great for on the go needs!
Can easily review and approve PTO and view check stubs.

So many bugs. It’s insane to think the biggest issue with this app is the login page.

Not easy at all
Always had issues logging in, always showed 10 different vensure login options. Once in the app I was frequently rerouted to using the desktop version.
Worst app ever used
This is the worst app ever. Constant bugs. The latest being requesting PTO throws an error in a new window. In order to request PTO you have to go to the “full portal”.
Everytime I use this app, it’s something new.

Great that it works the same as the web version. Makes it very user friendly for what I use it for - checking paystubs.

You need to scan a QR code to log in… it’s better to use the browser version, the app is a waste.
