About

Vento helps motorcycle riders understand weather-related riding risk before they ride. Instead of showing only raw weather data, Vento turns wind, rain, visibility, temperature, and possible ice risk into a clear pre-ride decision. What Vento helps you check: • Current riding risk based on local weather • Wind and gust risk • Rain and road surface risk • Temperature and possible ice risk • Visibility conditions • Short forecast preview • Route-based weather risk planning • Motorcycle-type based risk sensitivity • Daily morning riding risk reminder • Optional support without ads or locked safety features Built for quick decisions Vento is designed for riders who need a fast answer before leaving: “Good to Ride?” The app focuses on clear risk guidance, short explanations, and a minimal interface that can be understood quickly. Route planning Plan a route with origin, destination, optional stops, and departure time. Vento estimates risk along the route and highlights conditions that may require extra caution. Local-first by design Vento does not require an account or login. Your settings are stored locally on your device. The app is free, ad-free, and does not track you across apps or websites. Optional support Vento includes optional in-app support purchases. Support helps development and may show a supporter badge, but it does not unlock core riding risk features. The main safety guidance remains available without support purchases. Important safety note Vento provides informational riding risk guidance based on weather and route conditions. It does not guarantee safety. Always use your own judgment, check real-world conditions, wear proper safety equipment, and follow local traffic laws. Weather data is provided through OpenWeatherMap.
