I was excited to try this app and do a skin quiz to get great product recommendations but the app does nothing but stay on the homepage. So I tried app support and that takes you to a page that says -“ We couldn’t find what you’re looking for :( “ - so weird.

Easiest way to get into Korean skincare
The app matched me with a complete routine based on my specific skin needs. It’s amazing having a full regimen (cleanser to sunscreen!) ready to go right out of the box. Really excited to try them all out. The instructions explaining why each product was chosen and exactly how to use them were super helpful as well.

Better skin already!!
I just got my box a couple days ago with my personalized routine!! So far I really like how all the products feel overall (very gentle but effective). I have very dry and sensitive skin, but already noticed my face has been staying hydrated all day/night and is much less red which has been a struggle since moving to Colorado. I also really appreciated the cards that explained my skincare goals, routine, and products that were picked out for me.
So far, very happy with my purchase of the basic essentials box and will definitely be getting the “Complete Glow” box next time!
