Deceptive and disappointing

The website said that using the app I would receive 20% off my first order, but then the app would not accept the code. When I explained this to the service staff upon picking up my order, he said it’s probably an old code and sorry but nothing he can do about it. I had to pay full price despite their own website offering me a discount.

Best food ever

I love Mons Thai and I love the app. I love the simple ordering, the push notifications on discounts, and how easy it is to order dinner.

My only suggestion is to allow me to order extra veggies and pay the extra like i can do over the phone

Poor service

Poor service . Ordered delivery and paid for it then get a call saying they can’t deliver and I’ll need to pick up my order to receive a refund on delivery fee
