I purchased the monthly Pro plan and was able to use the credits included with no problem. The issue started when I tried to buy additional credits, my card was charged, but the credits never showed up in my account.

At first, I assumed the transaction didn’t go through, so I purchased the credits again. Same problem: my account was charged, but no credits were added. Now I have two charges of $175 each and still no credits.

I’ve tried reaching out through the phone number listed, but it doesn’t exist. I also emailed support and never received a reply. At this point it feels like a scam. I’ll be contacting my bank to dispute the charges and get a refund.

Be careful before using this app.
