User reviews

EHR Image App

Takes forever to log in. Always says password is wrong. Have had a ticket in for weeks with no solution.

Won’t log in

Latest version won’t log on. Nobody at my practice can log in anymore. The early April 2026 update broke this app and the Veradigm EHR mobile app. PLEASE FIX!!

Dysfunctional

Only works 50% of the time, still not working well with any iOS updates

Good but needs improvements

I seem to have a lot of issues with the app itself timing itself out and then when you try to pick an encounter to take a picture on it doesn’t work you just get a flash screen unless you close the app and re-open it you can’t continue. I also have an issue with the photos getting stuck on the upload screen. There’s a spinning wheel and a retry upload button but it doesn’t seem to work unless you wait a good while I wish the app would follow the device lock timeout which we currently have set to 10 minutes there’s a lot of logging in and out for the providers to take photos.

Too soon to tell

Just got the bugs worked out today on how to start using it. The confirmation email was not showing up in my email but then we discovered at a system level that each providers email I had to be entered into the administrative section at allScripts.
