Couldn’t Hang Up

The app works fine usually, though I wonder why I fill out the questionnaire in it if the doctor is going to ask me the same questions.
Last time I used it, tapping to end the call did nothing; I had to force quit the app to hang up. This is since upgrading to iOS 15; not sure if it’s related.
