Veranda XF

Veranda XF is a straightforward accounting app for small hotels, guest houses and B&Bs. Create an account, record what your guests pay and what the property spends, and see your profit for any period — from your phone. GETTING STARTED Sign up with an e-mail address and a password. Your property gets its own private books: nobody else can see your guests, your expenses or your totals. A set of starter expense categories is created for you, ready to rename or replace. DAILY PROFIT AT A GLANCE Income, expenses and net profit for today, the current month, or any date range you pick. The summary updates the moment an entry is saved. GUESTS AND STAYS Record every stay with the guest's name, phone number, country, check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children, the nightly rate per adult and any prepayment. Stays are grouped into four tabs: who is in the hotel right now, upcoming reservations, guests who have not paid yet, and the full history. EXPENSES WITH RECEIPTS Log spending under your own categories — groceries, utilities, salaries, repairs, transport, or anything you add yourself. Attach photos of receipts straight from the camera or the photo library, so the paperwork stays with the entry. CATEGORY BREAKDOWN See at once where the money went over the selected period, sorted by the largest category. RETURNING GUESTS Guests from earlier stays are recognised by their phone number, so the booking form fills itself in. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Delete any record, or delete your whole account and everything in it, from inside the app. There is no advertising, there are no analytics trackers, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone. SHARED ACCESS A property can also let staff in with a PIN, including a read-only level for people who should see the figures but not change them. Amounts are shown in Uzbek som.
