What a joke
Your app doesn’t work!M correctly, AT ALL. FIX IT. Can’t even login. Tried pressing “forget password “ just to get an email to set it up and I am not receiving anything. Pressed forgot password at least 10 times on 4 different days. At my apartment complex, the thermostat takes FOREVER to change the dial and turn on the A/C.

Only thing worse than this app is the HVAC itself
If your property uses this company, run.
Horrible App
This app doesn’t remember your login, only updates your thermostat some of the time, and the interface is terrible.
Verdant
EMS site constantly crashes and is hard to reload. Something should be done about this problem
Garbage
What a garbage application. This is wasting time money and unnecessary stress.
Crashes often
Needed to be deleted and redownloaded often because of crashing. The graphics get muddled on the screen when switching from occupancy to ops page making it difficult to click and navigate. No updates in over a year show that developers definitely don’t care
Problem while selecting back button
Forget password is not working.
App is great. Need more speed and it is hard to select back button once you open room. Please improove.
Other wise app looks good. But not 100% handy as I expected.
If they improove, This app can be great handy if anyone tresspass in room. Need alert update.
