I've always liked this wallet with how streamline it is but there is an issue. I'm trying to send out an amount but the rate isn't showing. Only the amount of Xvg being held. When trying to withdraw it just freezes on refresh. Please help.

Good wallet and I have my XVG stored on here. However, the wallet is not working in the UK now so I don’t know how to get it to work so I can access the wallet and my XVG

Put funds into my account
I created an account with Verge because a Website said that they would only accept payment in Crypto, from Verge.
I created an account, now how do I add funds to my wallet?
The Website is not too user friendly.

Wallet issues.
Ever since the update over a year ago I’ve been locked out and can’t access. App crashes as soon as I log in. I can see my balance for a split second and then closes saying a generic message about tor not closing properly or not supported by ISP. I’ve used a tor VPN so I know it’s not the access. Unfortunately this was my first crypto so I lost the seed phrase and can’t restore wallet.

Phone crashes after install
I installed this app earlier today, iOS 16.2, my phone is now running slow and crashes during FaceTime calls.. new iPhone, less than 1 year old. Closed all apps. Haven’t removed yet, I could be wrong.
Can’t open
I can’t log in. Every time I try, it immediately logs me out… I’ll see my account for a second then it’s gone. HELP!!!!

Nothing better than a wallet created by the crypto developers themselves, but there are also other alternatives.
Unable to access funds
I’ve had this app for over a year, I moved my XVG from Biannace here. I had everything set up and now when I go into the app it says I need to restart my application or go to Reddit to figure out what’s wrong…. I can’t figure out how to access my wallet now.

Not enough resources
On the website, on support groups I’ve found no ways to transfer out this cryptocurrency. My $100 has turned into $52. I like that it’s all about privacy and anonymity but this is not an easy to use app, and practically no one on the App Store has a crypto wallet I can actually transfer this out to.

No way to purchase Verge (XVG) with app!
I downloaded this app because I wanted to make a purchase with XVG, which is the Verge cryptocurrency. But this Verge app has no capability to purchase Verge XVG cryptocurrency and no instructions on how or where to buy XVG elsewhere. So unless you’ve already purchased XVG elsewhere, this app is completely useless to make a purchase with Verge crypto.

I’ve looked, I’ve really tried hard to find something wrong not only with this app but with XVG & it’s community and your really disappointing me in a very good way.
Not only is your app top notch, it’s first of its kind on the IOS App Store. I see your responding to all the user issues which is super important on this platform. Cutesy videos will be necessary to take this full steam because as you already know it’s all about User Adoption.
Now for the Coin Protocol it self: It’s a privacy based coin and to boot POW so what’s not to like. Someone or the community really wanted to do something special with this project and it shows.
The Community: there is a great mix of miners, traders, holders, small accounts, large accounts and everything in between but most of all the protocol is being used as intended as a form payment or a unit of account and since it’s POW then it can be considered a true store of ‘value’ as well. I really hope people reading this understands this basic principle.
The XVG community really wants this protocol to be used as a major method of payment and since I’m a decent betting man and since I get the big picture then it will be recognized as one as long as the team & community keeps putting the petal to the metal.
Another aspect I enjoy is the power of ‘pretty’ that this community has brought upon it self in the overall design. It creates a world of wonder and excitement. It ‘may’ seem superficial to some of us coders but now that I’m wiser it really does add another pleasing dimension to a project. It must have been part of the rebranding phase.
Keep up the Great work people and there is no time to Chill-ax if you want to stay relevant and be top dog.
