PURCHASE WITH CAUTION, High expectations, but very poor in reality
I’ve been lead to believe that the whole suite Verifi, Certifi…etc where meant to be very good, but from my basic use of them over the past 3 days, they are buggy as hell, (from Crashing, app freezing, at bits just not working at all)The only thing they have going for them, they are only Apple app based certs and the GUI is the nicest out of all of them.
I think the extra purchase of the Cloud storage, if you want to back you certs up and restore is quite cheeky, just include it in the price guys,
It’s not very customisable too, if you want to add photos too an EIC, not an option, the custom colour section for the certs is completely broken too.

What customer service!!!
Had the iCertifi app for 15 years and all the other apps I paid for too. Then one day the app didn’t work lost 15 year worth of certificates. The bloke didn’t want to know and blocked me from contacting him. So if I was you I wouldn’t bother with any of his apps.

Very unhappy
Purchased the app today. But it is still in evaluation mode. Restarted the app even restarted the tablet.

Bought the app at just under £20 to allow management of ongoing accuracy.
This app doesn’t even open and keeps crashing when trying to use.
This results in zero confidence that should it work to allow entering of data would it crash again meaning it cannot be retrieved at a later date for say an inspection by a governing body such as NICEIC
I had up up to this point used some of this companies software for PAT certification and now moving away from Trimble I hoped that I could find a provider for a complete suite of solutions.
Sadly this company has nothing to offer my business that would give me confidence to trust their products.
I did lodge a ticket with developer, I had a response and was promised an update which did come but again the app fails to work.
Gutted I could not give zero stars.

Wrong data
I have a subscription to this but when i put my baseline readings in on the insulation resistance it keeps swapping my readings around and putting them in the wrong boxes , not much point if being a accuracy record when it cant even put the data in the right places,
Good app but I’ve already paid subscriptions
Don’t see why I should take out another subscription to have full access of this app I already use the iCertifi app, iCertifi pat edition, emergency lighting and fire but don’t see why this isn’t included unless it’s buggy and it should have full access in which case it’s not working properly because it wants me to pay again
