Looks good, works even better
We started using this app at my work. At first, it seemed like it was like a few other systems, but once I realized it complimented our CRM and made a few of my daily tasks easier, there's no way I can ever stop using it. I am just installing it on my personal phone now so I have it on every device. I take photos of cars in a dealership when they come in and when they leave. Now, instead of a ridiculous process, I just drag and drop photos into our CRM and another warranty application, so it probably saves me 15-20 minutes per day. I'm dead serious. If anyone asks me about a car, I can find the photos super fast and even send them directly to the person's email. Last week, some lady said we damaged her car and we just emailed her a photo of her door with zero damage because we took a photo of it when it left the shop. We emailed it to her and she started back peddling immediately. People like her used to cost us quite a bit of money, probably thousands of dollars every month or 2 because we had to fix fraudulent claims like that.
