Basically does what it needs to.
To use the app, you’re meant to receive a pin from an institution that want you to verify yourself under their instruction, so the negative review from the other user is not really relevant.
To the developers!! please make use of the proper camera functionalities on the iPhone programming kit. Your app is locked on one Zoom setting so you can’t take proper close-up photos of the ID as instructed.
For this same reason, the scan address part of the app is a fail because to get an image that is in focus a very large area of the utility bill is visible and then the OCR recognizes a paragraph worth of information in addition to the address that one needs to go and delete. By that time, it would’ve been faster to just type the address.

Missing Pin
I opened the app for the 1st and asked me for a PIN number, I have no idea where/how to get that PIN and the app doesn’t let you do anything without that PIN
