I have downloaded the app. I would like to read the policy terms, but I can’t seem to access the details. Looks easy to use, but I have questions. Is there a deductible incase of a claim. Under what circumstances can a claim be denied? I intend to operate under 107 regs after I pass the test, and I’d like to have insurance, but I need to know what it will and won’t cover, before I rely on it.

After getting through the FAA wavier I got denied to fly a football game costing me a client. No option to open area just denial. This service has now cost me more in one flight loss than it has saved me over the last 2 years of use. Time to find a more reliable insurance company.

ONE STAR FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS
Beware: They don’t process your claims fast. Plus they’ll have a lot of questions after questions and won’t give your definite answers as to whether they’ll honor the claims. What a waste! 2 years customer without any claim and treating me as if I’m a scam. Go get your business elsewhere.

Fast, easy, inexpensive answer to a bothersome requirement that we have insurance for the drone at an upcoming event. Kudos to the creator of the app and the business model! Curses to the lawyers and court system who necessitate this nonsense :)
A great experience with Verifly
I had a fantastic experience working with Verifly. I was doing drone work in Griffith Park in Los Angeles, which meant working with Film LA and the Parks & Rec Department. Jay was incredibly responsive and helped me understand exactly what I needed to present to Film LA for my drone insurance. Permits like that get rejected all the time and he helped me make sure mine wasn't rejected. I was particularly grateful because we were under a very tight schedule and Verifly moved things along incredibly quickly. I highly recommend Verifly.

Nice service for most operators
UAS insurance is very expensive, and I’ve shopped around. Since I have an umbrella policy that covers most jobs, Verifly has been a great option for the occasional job requiring specific/high limits. Some of the restrictions are a nuisance , but overall a great service

Great tool for new Part 107 drone pilots.
We just added aerial photography and video services to our photography business and Verifly is an awesome service and app that is helping us stay covered for all of our flights. We hope to be flying enough in the near future that we will just purchase a full tile policy but for right bow being covered just for during our flights is awesome and economical.

As a professional photographer I shoot a lot of multi million dollar listings and obvious concerns are always personal property and any damage caused while on site using the drone. I did my research and this is not some fly-by-night Start up, legitimate and a long history in aviation insurance and I assume my research is correct.
