I can’t login
I can’t even use this app because it’s not logging me in. I tried resetting the password but even on the reset your password page it says “failed to login, please use forgot your password”?????? Like what am I supposed to do????
Broken bulletin board feature
After posting a bulletin if anyone asks a question on that, i can see it but there is no option to reply. Had seen the issue last year too !
App crashes and freezes
The app needs a little more development work to debug why it freezes on screens and crashes at times. I have to force quit and reopen frequently. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max
Doesn’t work on iPhone 16 pro max
The buttons at the top of the screen cover the iPhones time, WiFi, and battery icons and can’t be pressed. I can’t get into certain screens, and those that I can get into I can’t leave. Please fix!

Literally the worst app I've used in my life. Crushing all the time, ineffective notifications , stupid UI, and most important periodically doesn't allow me to sign in.
Unread notifications are not shown
The notification badge shows 20+ unread notifications, but I can’t find any unread ones in the app. On the top of it there is no option to mark everything as read
Bulletin board not working
Why the bulletin board is not working? No posts are visibile, I have tried to post one and from the laptop I got it is still pending for the approval since one month. Btw from this app also that info is not displayed.

Designed to decrease billing transparency
Veris bought my apt complex and we switched from itemized bills to this very poor app which doesn’t provide you with any billing info other than “you paid”. Quite obvious what perk this provides for Veris. Sketchy sketchy!!
Worst app
Fix your bugs. It’s literally frozen 24/7 and you’re unable to ever use the app.
Make your payment is missed
After app update 5.1.30, make your payment is not available anymore.

Why you release a worse version and force update?
5.1.20 version crashes after click reservation. You did a terrible job, I can’t even reserve a meeting room. Next time please do some TESTS before release of just fire your engineer.

Worst app
I don’t know why my apartment building chose to use this app for rent payments but it is god awful. Every month when I go to pay rent it takes forever to load and I have to force close the app several times to get it to work. When it does work, you have to input your password every single time and sometimes the app claims it “can’t handle the request” right now. Basically this app is a frickin nightmare, and almost made me late on rent several times.

Haven’t seen the buggier app for a while now, and honestly shocked by amount of issues with this app.
Starting with simple things:
1. in order to see new notifications, have to exit the app and reopen again, otherwise new notification doesn’t show
2. Doesn’t display amenity reservations I have made on the home screen
3. Displays 4-year old packages notifications on the home screen. And these notifications are from other building!!!
I am hoping Veris REIT shareholders pay attention to inefficient tech investments the management is making.

Unreliable
Sometimes I can log in sometimes I cannot. Can’t do anything and relying on this app with my financial information seems like a bad idea. Hopefully my apt can change it to a better app that is reliable.
