Siempre tengo problemas con esta aplicación he ido a buscar mi regalo de cumpleaños que me llegó un Mail pero no me sale en la aplicación y el año pasado pasó lo mismo

Error de servidor

Cada vez que paso por caja me dice “no has descargado la app”? Le respondo que quiero pero me da “error de servidor” al ingresar los datos en el registro. Me miran como si fuera de otro planeta. Está app es de otro planeta. Del planeta sin ingenieros de sistemas.
