So far so good
Have had the lock installed for around a month. Works every time just note about a 1 second delay between pressing unlock and when the lock itself is unlocked. Apart from that we have had no issues at all and would recommend both the smart strike lock and the app.
Avoid it
Buggy software. Corrupts pictures sent from modern iPhone and wastes hours of your time. Support unresponsive to issues. Has so much potential but ….

Thanks for your response. V2 seems much better so I’ve upped my stars. Thanks for the update.
I still stand by support times though as the initial issue was reported back in March 2021. It’s now close to a year since then not 48hrs.

Needs fixing
Sending an invite from a modern iPhone always leads to inability to use the sent image which must be resent via airdrop to work. Something destroys the image key. Should be more simple to use than it is
