App failing, subscription paid, no content delivered, no support
My subscription auto renewed through App Store, but I cannot download new or old content. My report to their app support is ignored. Have they gone broke.... I hope not because the magazine is good.
My support ticket number is [Support DAJ #8200]

This magazine is among the best in quality (articles, pictures).

Vertical
Ottima rivista consigliata a tutti.
Super
Qualche malfunzionamento, saltuario, sui download: a volte mi fa ri-scaricare i numeri già scaricati, a volte non riesco a vedere i numeri già scaricati e devo rifare il download. Per il resto tutto ok
