I’ve had a very account for years. I tend to check very for items now before anywhere else as they nearly always have what I’m looking for and sometimes tend to be cheaper. The app is great and so quick and easy to use. The delivery is always quick so it’s the only place I ever order from for last minute items.

Customer service is very bad
I tried to ask for help just to extens the payment for 2 weeks and they cant even help you because they want you to pay more with the interest they are charging you. Gonna delete my very account soon once I pay my debt

The company is holding onto my money and won't return it; it’s been a week since I paid for my order by card—the funds were deducted from my account and the order was cancelled, yet the company isn't resolving the issue.

Stuck in an endless login loop!
The app has become incredibly frustrating to use. Every single time I open it, I’m forced to log in all over again. Worse yet, it constantly asks me to re-enable Face ID, completely ignoring the fact that I’ve already set it up dozens of times. It defeats the entire purpose of having biometric login. Please fix this bug, it’s completely ruined the user experience.

Access denied
Everytime there is a drop of new popular items. I get ‘access denied’ and blocked because ‘I’m using a VPN’. I am not using a VPN! By the time I do get through the popular items are gone. On one occasion couldn’t even get on the app. Constantly blocked and denied for no reason.
