Fix your glitches

We downloaded this game for the kids but it keeps glitching and freezing. Please fix the issues. It’s a great game overall but the game freezing has become bothersome. Thank you.

My toddler LOVES this, but very glitchy

My toddler absolutely loves this beautifully designed and simple “Montessori” style game. I honestly think it’s more in line with the Montessori philosophy of simplicity than even the Montessori branded games out there.

Unfortunately this particular game is super buggy and there isn’t a way to refresh to screen or save his place. I still love it - I just hope they can fix the bugs.

I even just tried nuking the app only to have it have a bug again within a couple minutes. The only way to get unstuck is to pick a new game or kill the app and restart.

Please, please, please fix this app and keep making amazing educational games!!!

Glitches

Update to developer:
Why don’t you play your own app and update it. This is obvious that your app has had bugs for at least 5 years now per the reviews and you have blatantly refused to even attempt to fix the bugs, but it seems your response to everyone is “email us, we will fix it.” If you have already been emailed about the bugs, why haven’t you fixed them? We have all paid for this app since there is no option to try it for free. This only hurts the kids that can’t continue because a block/piece won’t move and we as parents have to restart them from the beginning.

Son loves the game but consistently glitches where objects won’t move so he can’t continue and he gets frustrated and I have to restart the game for him. There have been no updates for 5 years so it seems the creators don’t care since this seems to be a consistent issue over the last few years according to the reviews. At this point I wish I didn’t have to pay for the app to try it so i would have know of the issues beforehand

Buggy

My 2-year old loves the shapes game, but as many people have already said, the shapes eventually freeze, and he gets frustrated to no fault of his own.

Please don’t tell me to email support as you’ve replied in so many other reviews. Just fix it!

Problems.

Problems with the app. Pieces of the puzzles will not move very irritating and ruined the game for my child. Not worth wasting your money on.

App doesn’t work on my apple products

Doesn’t work right everything is a purple color. Wish I could share a picture of it. Only gave 3 stars because it does work on my daughter’s Amazon kids tablet and she loves it. I was hoping it would work since I paid for it.

Why does it keep freezing?

My daughter loves this game but it keeps freezing and then we have to start all over. It’s frustrating.

Don’t buy - major bugs and no updates

As others have said - some pieces get “stuck” and don’t respond to touch. Developer hasn’t updated in years so don’t expect it to get fixed.

My toddler loves this game but...

It’s sooooo precise! You need to drop the shape EXACTLY over the whole which is hard for little fingers and they get frustrated. Even as an adult I sometimes miss when trying to show them how to do it.

3 year old loves it but freezes often

It’s been really helpful for my 3 year old but no matter what activity you do, a piece seems to freeze and you’ll have to restart the app and it makes him start from the beginning.

Please fix the freezing pieces issue!

My kids love the app but get so frustrated (and so do mom and dad) because a piece freezes at some point on almost every level causing us to have to constantly reboot the app. Please fix the freezing issue and make it so progress can be saved as well.

Great app but glitches

My four year old loves this app! The music is very peaceful and she loves matches shapes, colors and even shades of colors. The only problem is that every time she gets about ten minutes in, the app glitches and a shape won’t move and there’s nothing we can do but close the app and start over. It always bums her out to have to quit and start over.

Please update

This game has been optimized for newer iPhone models. The gameplay is buggy. Certain shapes get stuck and won’t move or where they belong.

Fun but glitches a lot

My toddler loves it and it’s very challenging but it glitches and the pieces get stuck making us have to reset and that’s when he gets frustrated and uninterested. It happens a lot.

Too many issues

My 2 year old son loves the game, but after 5 minutes or so the game glitches and becomes stuck. At that point you have start over from the beginning. Makes him tire of the game quickly.

Educational

Rather than letting my daughter just browse the internet on my phone, I found this game and it keeps her entertained pretty much until my battery dies. I like that it's educational and the music is pleasant for me to tolerate for the hours of fun she gets out of this app.

Wonderful Game

I rarely buy apps but I saw this and had to get it because my 2 year old is obsessed with "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" Turns out the game is mostly puzzles, which he loves! He has already played it for half an hour straight and I'm sure he will get hours of enjoyment out of it. Great graphics, great music, I'm very happy with my purchase! Thanks developers!
