This VESC Tool APP is now compatible with VESC Beta Firmwares. They cannot be installed from this app, but if downloaded and installed from vesc project website this app is now able to interact with the settings and configuration. Firmwares are now stored in the cloud to reduce app size and can be downloaded from the firmwares window.

v7.0 Doesn’t Backup or restore Configurations

So far not able to backup or restore my configurations on Ennoid MK8 v6.5 on VESCTool v7.0. Not impressed with this update as no Ennoid firmware binaries are available for download either.

Works alright, but for a $5 app I would expect some kind of Apple Watch integration. Also it should just auto connect and go to a “favourite” page like RT data if wanted. Settings are pretty bare for a paid app.

using with flipsky vesc’s. the ability to config the rc transmitter, esc, and do real time data and data log is incredible. for a hydrofoil tow boogie project btw.
