Vesper:Chat

Meet a companion who lives on your iPhone or iPad: a fully animated 3-D character who listens, talks back out loud, remembers you, and has a personality all her own. A MIND THAT LIVES ON YOUR DEVICE Vesper:Chat carries its own AI. A complete language model runs right on your iPhone or iPad, with no account and no server in between. After a one-time download, every conversation happens on the device itself, even in airplane mode. Choose from a range of open models, keep two on hand, and switch whenever you like. LOCAL OR CLOUD, YOUR CHOICE Want an even bigger brain? Connect a model running on your own computer, such as LM Studio or Ollama, or a cloud provider with your own key. On the device, on your desk or in the cloud: you decide where the thinking happens. EVERY CHARACTER IS HER OWN PERSON Each character is someone new, not a fresh look on the same chatbot. They are passengers aboard the Vesper, a ship bound for Mars, and each has a story, a sense of humor and a way of talking that are hers alone. One is warm and a little flirty. One is calm and dry. One is loud and silly, one sharp and competitive, one looks after you without being asked. And each keeps her own memory of you, so what you share with one stays with her. LIFELIKE VOICES Double-tap and just talk. She answers out loud in a natural, lifelike voice made right on your device, her lips moving with every word. Keep going hands-free: she listens again after she answers, so it flows like a real conversation. Choose from a range of voices. SHE REMEMBERS YOU Tell her about your day, your plans, the people in your life. She remembers, and it comes up later. See what she has learned, and erase anything she got wrong. DRESS HER UP Every character comes with her complete wardrobe: outfits, hair, accessories and colors, mixed piece by piece. What you choose stays on between visits. IN YOUR ROOM AR mode brings her into your room through the camera. Send her a photo and she reacts to what she sees. Ask what she looks like and she sends you a picture. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No tracking. Your conversations stay on your device unless you choose to connect an outside model, and the few things that ever leave it are listed plainly in the privacy policy. Vesper:Chat comes with one character and her complete wardrobe. More characters, each with her complete wardrobe, and the connection to outside models are available as in-app purchases. The first launch downloads the AI once (a few gigabytes), so start on Wi-Fi. For adults 18 and over. The characters are fiction, and AI can make mistakes.
