This free app is a taster demo version which lets you access limited features like search name & photo of ships, ports of the world and a map zoomable showing vessels by type (see legend)

Horrible, horrible app
I only gave in one star because giving a ZERO star is not an option. A huge lack of general information even after I was able to sign in. No ship names, horrible graphics, lousy user interface, no options to eliminate certain kinds of traffic i.e. if you only want to see passenger ship traffic and nothing else. There are much better apps like Marine Traffic. Vessel Tracker is awful.

You can't use this app without signing up on their website first. They don't seem to have a "try & buy" version that allows you to evaluate functionality.
I wanted to use this app while on vacation and would have happily bought a working app for $0.99 - too bad they don't offer this.

Conceals vessel data while in "map" mode, even tho this info is available if you jump thru a hoop or two.

To get live timing you have to register and subscribe at $57 per month!! Ouch.

This app is impossible to use! You click on a ship and the name shows up as "vesseltracker". The app also crashes like crazy, making it almost impossible to find out anything about a ship. Please fix these problems and the app will work much better.
Lost the plot
I think it is poor. It repeatedly says a vessel is out of range but then I've been able to go and locate it just by looking among the ships. Then once located manually the software registers what Search could not find. Even so it then says there is no Track data or Movements. Other marine aps work much better. Shame. This could be good if it did what it is supposed to.

Poor
Doesn't show the status or position of a container vessel that arrived in port 9 hours ago. Clumsy and annoying registration process. Vessel data is apparently delayed by 24 hours, but none of the ANL vessels I searched had any positional data at all.
Bugs need fixing
Good app in principle. However, all ships show as called vesseltracker which makes it somewhat useless. Release a major update please to make it a useable app!!

I must be missing something. Apps Ship Finder and Ship Tracking are wonderful and interesting but I cannot see what this is supposed to do. Can somebody enlighten me what I have to do to find out how I can use this to get any information out of it? Cannot see what this is about. Seems to be about nothing.

Useless app. Is just a doorway to paid subscription. Free accounts only update ship positions every 2 hours.
