We appreciate your honest and detailed feedback. We fixed the error now you can use the limited version for free there was a bug we were not aware of, sorry for this we're still a very small team so shipping updates take a bit more time but we will get better soon. We're aware that the app can be complex I hope you give us another chance and check it out as we're constantly working on making it less complex and improving the User Experience. When it comes to pricing , we are aware that it's very expensive , while a normal color analysis cost round 300-400 USD we can decrease the price significantly with the help of technology, how ever we can not eliminate it, we have servers for our A.I. that does the color analysis that cost us high monthly fees, we hope to reduce the price in the future when we are able to use other more cost effective technologies as we want to become the digital wardrobe and not just an app where you make a color analysis.
