This is supposed to replace paper health certificates but you can’t even log-in. Horrible app.

Can’t even create an account. Need to set a state as default but default button doesn’t work. Utter garbage!!
Can’t depend on app to function or even login
Required to use for state issued CVI but can’t even log into it. Won’t use saved username/password autofill from password manager either, just erases it. If intentional, that kind of security is completely unnecessary. The app is just more of a pain to use then it is beneficial. It also needs to be more user-friendly for completion of the certificates if and when the app actually works, the developers have no concept of practicality in a clinical setting when trying to use this application for an appointment for a health certificate to be generated. the time it takes and frustration level is disproportionate to the value of the application

Needs Improvement
This app needs to be improved.
Mandatory But Doesn’t Work
Can’t even see text to log-in. Has failed to produce health certificates when client was in need of one same day. Not user friendly at all.
