Not working
I can't get on the app keeps saying error has occurred š¤·š¼āāļø
Pointless App
Requesting appointment does nothing and isnāt logged on app, details of visits arenāt logged as still says last visit N/A although Iāve been twice, waste of time really having the app.
Lack of communication
Iām very disappointed that with todayās technology there is the inability to create live appointments on this app or communicate, we have tried calling and got no answer so requested a call back which we are still waiting for, surely there is something that can be done about this as what is the point of advertising a service you cannot provide??

As Iām hard of hearing this is easy and quick for me. No need to speak to a person just use the app and Iām done.

Why is it with todayās technology that not all the details regarding vaccines, appointments with our pets etc do not appear on the app history, only the worming and flea treatments are on it, this is not sufficient!!!
Unable to update
Forgot I had set this up and once I re downloaded I realised why if not bothered with it for years!
Canāt update any of my details including my house move and the new vets location. Doesnāt show appointments. Doesnāt give me any more information that I can get on the usual vets4pets app. Pointless!

Pretty useless.
In terms of usability, itās not great. Appointments can only be book with a vet, so if a simple claw clipping or something else done by a nurse, you still have to phone to book. Also canāt see a full record.
Worst thing about it is if you move - no way to change your address or move practice, you have to register again. Also no way to remove your account if you want to delete the app. Donāt bother!

Doesnāt work
I had to ring the vet to get my appointment, then the follow ups donāt ever appear on the appointment list, so itās kinda useless to be honest. Uno stario!

worst app doesnt let you log in and when you try to it says error conflict and when you try to reset the password it asks for a code first but after entering the code it says its incorrect?
Not a working app
The app constantly deletes your pet profile when updating.
You never get the details from the vets on the app either.
Not sure why they have created an app if it does not even do the basics.
This app is just plain rubbish.

Healthchecks
Thank you to Lou for checking Ozzie & Doofas today. She is very caring and the dogs calmed down with her. The nurses made a big fuss of the boys when we were leaving.
Welcoming
We are new to the practice but we have found it very welcoming , helpful and efficient. Really nice staff on reception and lovely vets!
Not able to login since last one tear
I am a registered user but the app does not log me in correctly, hence I have not been able to use the app for more than a year. Tried multiple times but no luck. Wrote an email to support for help but no response.

Canāt make appointments
There is an option to request appointment. Only option is emergency appointment. I donāt want an emergency appointment. Iām trying to book the vaccine appointment Vets4Pets keeps texting me about. App fails to deliver this critical functionality.
App has glitches
Trying to register my cats and when I select breed it just goes to a blank page,not a great start as I canāt register my cats through the app
App is useless
Since changing practice, but still with vets for pets, the app wonāt accept the change in details. I deleted and restarted - didnāt work, receptionist tried for me - that didnāt work either. She emailed customer support - I heard nothing. I emailed customer support and still no reply. Absolute waste of time, I wouldnāt even give it 1 star !!

I have to book monthly appointments but because I donāt book on the app they donāt show.
Would be useful to have all appointments on there rather than have to make a separate note of them.
