Never Works When You Need it Most

The app and hardware disconnect constantly. The most stable connection is ad hoc to the view, but you need it connected to the internet for weekly updates and calibration. Recently the app doesn’t recognize the VUE at all. When you’re dealing with limited timeframes and limited sample amounts, this is devastating. It’s laughable that this company is trying to sell us on their other products as well when this doesn’t work.

Just bad

It is just ridiculous how long it takes to get the app to work and connect to the VUE to run a test. This last update only made things worse! I am too busy to screw around with your technology for 30-40 minutes to get it to work correctly 🤦🏻‍♀️

Very disappointed

Recent update rendered app pointless. Now the app scans the test, displays results and puts results in the cloud but not the fuse. From the app and fuse, test never completes and is perpetually running, but don’t worry, your results are in the cloud, not the fuse, DX or your PIMS, as stated though they are in the cloud. Maybe the Vue needs web GUI from a browser instead of an app. Might be more reliable then.
