To improve !
Its too repetitive : always the same things to do. The game isn’t worth 0,99€ yet, it would need to be free to be worth playing. It lacks a storyline with surgeries, contact with people, loyal patients, reputation to make and get step by step. There is certainly plenty of ways for improvement
