I recently tried to open the app/wallet and it does not work at all. All I get is white screen not even a login..I made sure I have the latest version of the app downloaded but still the same… what is going on??

They stole my information and my crypto. This is a scam. Please scroll down to report a problem and select Cryptocurrency scam. This is just crazy. Do not believe any of the five star reviews. They are fake.

The app doesn’t work at all. Just a blank white screen. They stole my info and my money. Great. Look at all the ones star are saying that they stole coins. The five star reviews are fake.

Doesn’t work anymore
Moved my tokens from Coinbase and now I can’t access them anymore. The app is stuck with two options that neither do anything Backup and Upgrade.

Poor recognition of charges
The app is supposed to pay you for each charging. I have lost count of the number of times I have gone to my Tesla account, stopped charging, disconnected the car with the app, return to the EVearn app and it states I have no charge registered. Even though before these steps I have checked to see and the app states that I have earned potential B3tr coins. Very annoying, I have even reached out customer service and they have not been very helpful.

Ledger connect doesnt work. Wont import accounts
Tried the hardware wallet connect option while importing account and it wont finalize just stops at an infinite loading page after opening the vechain app on the ledger device. Couldnt test it out myself. So cant really say it is good or not since it wont let me
