Will not open it used to work great just started to use it
I’m trying to get it to come open by holding the button on the side of the watch

App does not let us log in. It’s not syncing the watch and giving us connection issues.

No sign-up or register
Agree, useless if unable to contact server to activate this app and connection to the watch. Do not purchase until this is rectified or you will buy a brick.
The app sucks
