Failed update
Just updated my Vfit app today as it said there was an update. (4/28/26). It went through the process and now I cannot even open the app. A screen comes up with big V in the middle than goes back to my home screen. I lost what I had by doing the update! (How can I go back?). If anything happens I cannot reset watch time or nothing not to mention dont think it counts step or anything anymore…I am bummed an update will kill your device!

Could be better
I have had the watch and been using the software for at least 2 years. The time synchronization of the phone to the watch was sporadic especially if you travel across time zones. Don’t use the health tracking feature, it doesn’t work.
VFIT smart watch
I bought this watch over in Shanghai and it connects to everything in the states timewise, but I am not getting any messages. Any alerts nothing I have reconnected the watch to my phone. The Bluetooth is connected. Maybe it only works over in China.

Terrible Software
Watch dials don’t show up since a recent update. On iPhone, function settings overlap so as not to be readable. Great watch, very poor software!
Wont let me connect my watch
I was excited to use this app only to find that when I go to connect it to my watch, it doesn’t work and says that the search ‘failed’ multiple times despite the fact my watch is on. Please fix this

Unable to access personal device features. It just stopped letting me access it. Terrible app. Doesn’t allow a way to troubleshoot also. Highly disappointed in app and watch.

Mine wasn’t working after the newest update. So I reset it and now I can’t pair it to my iPhone. Kind of upset about that
Should I Bother??
This app and watch combo worked ok at first… but with the latest update, the blood pressure reading is the exact same every time I check. That’s very unlikely.. And on top of that, all the history prior to the latest update was removed. And then, on top of that, their support is not available in English. I do not understand or can translate Chinese, Japanese or whatever..

De un momento a otro ya no me conecto con el Bluetooth por lo tanto no llegan las notificaciones prácticamente solo sirve de reloj, he borrado app he reiniciado, aun así no conecta.

Everything was fine until an update. Now my watch does not show messages or incoming calls
