I want a refund

I did a free trial & can not get anything to load to use the app and there is no way of contacting you to let you know the problem . Now you have charged me $7.99 & $59.99 for something I can not use . I actually removed the app when I tried free trial because it wouldn’t load . Please let me know to contact you & I will be contacting my form of payment
